Tradespeople

On a job site you can't answer. Your assistant can.

A customer writes while your hands are busy. By the time you call back, they have contacted someone else.

What your assistant actually does

“Do you work in my area?”

The assistant answers with the service area you described.

“I'd like a quote for a bathroom”

It collects the need and contact details, creates a lead and notifies you.

“How much is it?”

It gives your indicative prices if you entered them; otherwise it offers a call back. It never makes up a price.

It knows your businessAdd your services, prices and opening hours, and upload your documents. The assistant finds the relevant information for every question.
Answers you can trustThe assistant only answers with information you have approved. It never makes up a price, an availability or a service: when in doubt, it offers to put the visitor in touch with you.
Every lead is capturedWhen a visitor leaves their contact details, a record is created in your CRM with their need, their source and the conversation history.
Appointment requestsThe assistant collects the preferred date and contact details, then notifies you. You stay in control of the confirmation: nothing is booked without you.
A shared inboxRead every conversation, take over when needed, assign conversations to a team member and mark them as resolved.
Security and privacyEach company's data is strictly isolated. Tilavo does not use your data to train artificial intelligence models.
