Do I need technical skills to use Tilavo?
No. Setup is a guided process with simple forms. To publish the assistant on your website, you just copy one line of code, or send it to whoever manages your site.
How does the assistant know my business?
It relies only on the information you give it: description, services, prices, opening hours, contact details, frequently asked questions and uploaded documents. You can change them at any time.
Can the assistant make up an answer?
It is designed never to make up a price, an availability, a service, an address or a commercial policy. When information is not in your data, it says so and offers the visitor to contact you or leave their details. Like any AI system it can make mistakes: you can review every conversation and complete your information.
Can the assistant book appointments?
It collects appointment requests (preferred date, contact details, need) and notifies you. It never confirms an appointment on your behalf: you approve it. Connection to external calendars is planned for a future version.
Which websites can I install the assistant on?
Most websites that allow adding a script: custom sites, WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Webflow and others. You specify the allowed domains so your assistant cannot be used elsewhere.
